Ingenting av de &laquo;gode gamle triksa&raquo; er &laquo;lov&raquo; og alt som st\u00e5r i oppskrifter som jeg har funnet inneholder bare fremmedord som quinoa, urhavre, mandelmelk (huh &#8211; du skal nok jammen ha mange mandler for \u00e5 klare \u00e5 skvise ut noe melk ja&#8230;) og all verdens rare oljer og krydder.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg er jo en enkel fyr, og jeg trenger noe enkelt \u00e5 forholde meg til, s\u00e5 for \u00e5 klare \u00e5 lage middag som inneholder opp til 600 kalorier s\u00e5 m\u00e5 jeg finne p\u00e5 noe smart. EXCEL!!!!! Enkelt: du legger inn rad for rad det du skal ha i maten, skriver inn vekt (i gram) i ny kolonne og s\u00e5 innhold i kalorier pr 100 gram i siste kolonne.
